STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Accounts & Eligibility
2. 1. Trade accounts are available only to approved bookshops and retailers.
   2. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Discount
4. 1. All prices displayed are trade prices, inclusive of your standard discount.
   2. Prices are subject to change. Notice will be provided in advance of significant adjustments.
5. Ordering & Payment
6. 1. Orders may be paid at checkout by credit card (via Stripe) or by bank transfer.
   2. Where payment is made by bank transfer, invoices are due by the 20th of the following month.
   3. Late payment may result in suspension of account privileges until payment is received.
7. Delivery & Risk
8. 1. Orders will be shipped promptly. Delivery costs are charged at cost.
   2. Title to goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.
   3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns
10. 1. We do not supply on a sale-or-return basis.
    2. Damaged or faulty books must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced or refunded.

12. 1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
    2. Continued use of your Trade Account constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
    3. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by New Zealand law.
